• Trauma Therapy

    two possible paths

Trauma therapy is a process in which therapist and client work together to sort through thoughts and feelings about the past to resolve the impact that memories are having present day. The goal is to relieve the ongoing symptoms that have been associated with trauma memories and make space for growth to occur and joy to be experienced. Trauma can have a way of taking over a person's lived experience, sometimes for years or even decades. But, we know now that it doesn't have to be that way. There is a way forward into freedom after trauma. I'd love to share it with you.
